NEA Removes Pricing Change From Website After Inquiry
NEA has NOT answered my questions on fee changes
Just one day after I called Security Benefit and the NEA Member Benefits Hotline about a website update that shows new fees for the NEA Direct Invest product, the website has been updated. The new fees have been removed. See my prior post on this here.

Karen, the person who is a Product Manager at NEA Member Benefits is the person I spoke to regarding whether fees will be increasing and whether the fee structure is changing has not responded to the email I was asked to send. Security Benefit has not responded to the email I sent either. I will update if/when I receive a response.
